Booking

All appointments are to be booked through the website only. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure an appointment, however, it will not be charged. I accept cash and card payments only. Once booked, an email confirmation will be sent. Another reminder will be sent via text and email 24 hours prior to appointment.

Lateness

Please arrive on time for appointment. If clients arrive more than 15 minutes late, their session may be shortened in order to accomodate others whose sessions follow theirs. If clients are more than 30 minutes late, their appointment will be cancelled and would have to reschedule.

Cancellation/No Show

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a $25 late-cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up at all for their appointments will automatically be charged the full cost of service. To avoid a No Show charge, please call 215-485-6056 so a late-cancellation fee can be implemented instead.
